PASTA WITH WHITE BEANS AND ARUGULA
1 package farfalle pasta
1 can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 package fresh arugula
1 package crumbled feta
1/4 cup chopped basil (fresh)
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2. tbsp. olive oil
salt
cook the pasta, stir together the beans and next 7 ingredients in a bowl. Stir in hot cooked pasta until blended.
