Today is a very, very sad day. My Notify jeans – also known as the most incredible pair of pants to ever be put on this body – finally gave up on me. There’s a huge HUGE rip in the butt from where I tried to hike up my pants lunge-style (shh, it’s normal). A lot of crying and wailing was involved in the passing of these jeans, kind of like the hemming and hawing that went on in Jeffrey the first time I found these miracle workers that cost a pretty penny at $285. But when I did the math on the cost-per-wear! I wear them on average 2-3 times a week, 52 weeks a year, for FOUR straight years brings the cost per wear to $.36. An investment, but one with a huge return on investment. Thank goodness net-a-porter does same day delivery in Manhattan.
