I'm always skeptical about any new restaurants invading my turf, and I was especially so about Elizabeth. At first it looked like a mini MPD clone, without the B&T, but then I discovered the garden out back. It is an absolutely perfect date or girls night out spot, complete with delicious house cocktails and dainty foods. Advised to order:
Grilled cheese sliders with surprisingly tasty tomato paste
The Queen Bee - Vodka, St. Germain, Honey, Procesco
The garden roof is retractable and the interior further towards the front brings a little bit more of a masculine balance to the atmosphere. So the next time you're strutting around Nolita, stop in for a cocktail (or three)!
